Helping Heart Counseling & Associates

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning how to dance in the rain. Author unknown

My personal belief is we all have times in our lives when life has either lost it?s joy, the stress is unbearable, we are experiencing grief or tragedy, have become stuck or stumbling with addictions, dealing with a separation or divorce, struggling with problem children or adolescent, overwhelmed with financial struggles, or we are just stuck in a rut. Therapy helps you find your way to the life you want for yourself and your family.
